Getting clear answers from Jalla support
Queries about promotions usually come down to four situations: a missing bonus, a cashback credit below what was expected, a doubtful tournament position or prize, or loyalty points that never arrived. How you frame each one matters. Staking money from India is prohibited under the Online Gaming Act 2025, so this page only explains how such queries work. Live chat, email and any other channels, along with their timings, are given on the operator's site, not here.
Go to the operator's websiteWhat to prepare first
Collect the details before you contact anyone. An agent can only look into what you specifically identify, and a loose question such as "where is my bonus?" tends to get an equally loose reply.
| Issue | Details to mention |
|---|---|
| Missing bonus | Offer name, when the deposit was made and its amount, a screenshot of the code or opt-in |
| Cashback below your estimate | The period covered, how you worked out net loss, the terms you used |
| Tournament result | Name of the tournament, your nickname, IDs of rounds you believe should count |
| Loyalty points | When you played, which games, the points you anticipated and your reasoning |
| Issue with a game round | Title of the game, round ID, timing, stake, a screenshot |
Request the rule behind the reply
One line does more than any other: "Please tell me which paragraph of the terms applies." Where cashback falls short of your figure, find out how the operator defines net loss: are bonus wagers left out, are particular games left out, and does the period run on IST or another time zone? Where a tournament spin went uncounted, find out whether the stake missed the minimum or the game was outside the event. Replies like these are precise and can be checked against the terms.
Hold on to the paperwork
Chat is convenient, but save screenshots or request the transcript by email. Should the matter go further, nothing helps you more than a dated reply in writing from the operator. For what comes after an unresolved query, see our complaints page.
Where support's powers stop
- Altering how a round ended, whether teen patti or aviator: the game produces the result, not the support desk.
- Restoring a bonus cancelled by your own withdrawal request (occasionally possible, but entirely their call).
- Lifting a self-exclusion ahead of time. The protection is meant to hold.
When the worry is your own gambling
Support can be asked to set or reduce limits, shut your account or exclude you. Within India, Tele MANAS, the national tele-mental-health line, is also available on 14416 or 1800-891-4416; it is free, open 24/7, offers 20+ languages and is not gambling-specific.
