Jalla review: judged by its recurring promotions
This review does not give Jalla a score out of five. A single number hides exactly the things this site cares about: whether a tournament prize is cash or bonus money, whether cashback excludes the games you play, whether loyalty points expire. Instead, we set out what to check in each area and what a good or poor answer looks like. Start with who you are dealing with. The company name and licence details are normally in the footer and terms of the casino. In Estonia, EMTA is the gambling regulator and publishes a list of legal organisers. If the company is on it, winnings are not subject to Estonian income tax; if the organiser is unlicensed, EMTA treats winnings as taxable income at 22%. We do not state Jalla's status — the check takes a minute on emta.ee.

3. Loyalty and VIP
A good programme states plainly how many points a euro of wagering earns, what points convert into and whether they expire. A weaker one talks about "exclusive" benefits without saying what they are worth, or lowers tiers quickly after inactivity. Check the loyalty page in the account before counting on any status.
4. Cashback and reloads
For cashback, the questions are the base (net loss or turnover), the period and cut-off time, exclusions (live games, bonus wagers) and the form of payment. For reloads, compare the match with the wagering and the maximum-bet rule. A small reload with light wagering can be worth more than a big one with heavy wagering.
5. Payments
Look in the cashier for the methods common in Estonia — bank links, cards, bank transfer — and for any e-wallets or vouchers. Note which methods are excluded from promotions and whether withdrawals can go back the same way. We do not publish minimums or processing times; see the payments guide.
6. Support and disputes

7. Responsible gambling

How this review was prepared
We read the operator's published terms for each promotion type, noted every condition and translated it into its effect on the player. Where we could not verify something — availability of a method, a game's return figure, a current offer — we say where to check it rather than filling the gap.
Why no star rating
A star rating implies a measured, comparable judgement. Promotions change monthly, and their value depends on how you play. A checklist you can apply yourself is more honest and stays useful longer.

Our verdict, without a number
Jalla is worth considering if you already play regularly, have a fixed budget and read terms before opting in. It is not a good fit if promotions make you play more than you planned — in that case, the best offer is none.
