Jalla support: asking the questions that get real answers
Most support contacts about promotions fall into four groups: a bonus did not appear, cashback was smaller than expected, a tournament position or prize looks wrong, or loyalty points did not arrive. Each of these has a better and a worse way to ask. The contact channels themselves — live chat, email, possibly others — and their hours are listed by the operator on its site; we do not state them.
Visit JallaBefore you write
Gather the facts first. A support agent can only check what you point to, and vague questions ("where is my bonus?") produce vague answers.
| Issue | Include in your message |
|---|---|
| Missing bonus | Name of the offer, deposit time and amount, screenshot of opt-in or code |
| Cashback lower than expected | Period, your own calculation of net loss, the terms you relied on |
| Tournament result | Tournament name, your nickname, the round IDs you think should have counted |
| Loyalty points | Dates of play, games, the points you expected and why |
| Game round problem | Game name, round ID, time, stake, screenshot |
Ask for the rule, not just the answer
The most useful sentence you can write is: "Please tell me which paragraph of the terms applies." If a cashback credit is lower than you calculated, ask how the operator defines net loss — whether bonus wagers are excluded, whether certain games are excluded, and which time zone the period uses. If a tournament spin did not count, ask whether the stake was below the minimum or the game was not included. These answers are specific and checkable.
Keep a written trail
Live chat is quick, but ask for a transcript by email or take screenshots. If you ever need to escalate, a dated written answer from the operator is the strongest thing you can have. Our complaints page explains the next steps if support does not resolve the issue.
Things support cannot do
- Change the result of a game round — outcomes are generated by the game, not by support.
- Reinstate a bonus after you requested a withdrawal that cancelled it (sometimes they can, but it is at their discretion).
- Remove a self-exclusion early. That is deliberate protection.
If the conversation is about your gambling
You can ask support to set or lower limits, to close your account or to exclude you. In Estonia, help is also available from the Hasartmängusõltuvuse Nõustamiskeskus (gambling addiction counselling centre): phone 15410, 15410.ee, info@15410.ee.
