Slots and leaderboard tournaments
Match the slot to the scoring. Highest multiplier favours high-volatility slots with big features; total winnings favours big budgets; points per spin favours whichever eligible slot has the lowest qualifying stake. A common mistake is choosing a favourite slot and then discovering it is not on the tournament list, or that spins below the minimum stake did not count.
Slots and bonus wagering
Most bonus terms count slot stakes fully toward wagering, but many exclude specific slots — often those with very high return figures or bonus-buy features — and all set a maximum bet while a bonus is active. The game-contribution table in the bonus terms is the one place to check.
Slots and cashback
Cashback calculated on net losses behaves differently on different slots. High-volatility slots produce more extreme weeks — big losses or big wins — so cashback matters more in losing weeks and disappears in winning ones. Check whether cashback includes all slots, and whether bonus wagers are excluded from the net loss.
Bonus buy features
Buying a feature is fast and expensive. Tournament terms often exclude bought features, and bonus terms often forbid them with bonus money. If you buy features, do it with your own money and outside promotions — or not at all.
