Withdrawing from Jalla: what can hold your money back
A withdrawal is where the difference between "balance" and "withdrawable balance" becomes real. Money won from your own deposit, money still tied to a bonus, a cashback credit with its own conditions, a tournament prize paid as bonus funds — they may all show up in the same account, but they follow different rules. This page explains those differences, so a cash-out request does not come as a surprise.
The set of methods and the limits depend on your account and country of residence — the cashier inside your Jalla account is the only place that shows what applies to you. We do not state processing times, because they are the operator's and change over time.
Real money versus bonus money
If you accepted a bonus, many casinos lock part or all of the balance until the wagering requirement is met. Requesting a withdrawal early can forfeit the bonus and anything won with it. Cashback and tournament prizes deserve special attention: some operators pay them as real, withdrawable money, others as bonus money with its own wagering. The prize line in the tournament terms and the cashback terms will say which — and that single word ("cash" versus "bonus") changes the value of the reward far more than its headline size.

Verification (KYC)
Licensed operators are required to know who their customers are. Expect to be asked for an identity document, and sometimes proof of address or of the payment method. As an Estonian resident you will normally have an ID card, Smart-ID or Mobile-ID; whether Jalla uses any of these for verification is something to check in the account. Doing verification early — before you have a withdrawal waiting — is the single most effective way to avoid delays.
The closed-loop rule
Many casinos return money to the method you deposited with, at least up to the deposited amount. If you paid with a voucher that cannot receive money, you will be asked for another route, often a bank account in your own name. Plan this before you deposit: if you want withdrawals to go to your bank, it is simplest to deposit from that bank.
A clean withdrawal in five steps
- Check that no bonus is active, or that its wagering is complete.
- Confirm your verification status in the account.
- Choose a withdrawal method in your own name.
- Note the pending period, if the operator shows one, and whether you can cancel the request (cancelling and replaying pending money is a classic trap — consider asking support to disable reversal).
- Keep a screenshot of the request with amount, method and time.
If a withdrawal is refused or stuck
